  • A native of Dublin, Ireland, Chef O'Neill is a Indiana transplant who called Greencastle, Indiana, home from 1986-2000, while serving as Chef and Innkeeper at the Walden Inn and authoring his cookbook, "Seasons at the Walden Inn."
  • Chef O'Neill purchased the Runcible Spoon restaurant and cafe in Bloomington in December 2001. He opened the Town and Gown Bistro in April 2015.
